Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
KawnMedia is an independent media production house publishing documented cultural and scientific work. KawnArabi is KawnMedia's Arabic-language project.
This privacy policy covers our publishing application (the "App") and this website.
2. What we collect
- Authorization tokens for the KawnMedia team accounts we connect, stored on our own private server.
- The connected accounts' display names and avatars, used only to show which account is connected.
We do not collect personal data from viewers. We do not operate user accounts or sign-ups, and we do not collect data from any other platform user.
3. How we use it
Solely to publish KawnMedia's own films to accounts we own or are authorized to operate, at our request.
4. Where it is stored
On KawnMedia's private server. Credentials are never transmitted to any third party other than the official API endpoints of the platform being used.
5. Retention
Credentials are kept until the KawnMedia team revokes access or deletes them.
6. Your controls
An account owner may revoke the App at any time from the platform's own settings — for example on TikTok: Settings → Security & Permissions → Manage app permissions.
7. Children
This website and the App are not directed to children under 13.
8. Contact
Privacy enquiries are handled through our official channels. A contact address will be published here once our corporate mailbox is active.
