1. Scope

KawnMedia is an independent media production house publishing documented cultural and scientific work. It produces and distributes documentary films, storytelling and educational content. KawnArabi is KawnMedia's Arabic-language project.

This application (the "App") is KawnMedia's own publishing integration. It is operated by the KawnMedia production team to distribute the work we produce. The App does not offer public sign-ups, and no third-party user can connect an account to it.

Viewing and sharing our published content is open to everyone.

2. Content and ownership

All films, music, podcast episodes and other media produced or distributed by KawnMedia — including KawnArabi and KawnMusic — are the exclusive property of KawnMedia.

Our content is made available for viewing and listening. No part of it may be reproduced, redistributed, re-uploaded, or used for training, research or derivative works without prior written permission.

Our production infrastructure is proprietary. It includes our software, automation systems, code, internal tooling and operational structure. None of it is public, open-source, or published anywhere, and no license — express or implied — is granted to any part of it. It may not be copied, studied, modified, redistributed or used for any research or commercial purpose, under any framing, without prior written permission.

Films produced with AI assistance are labelled as such.

3. Third-party platforms

KawnMedia distributes its content through third-party platforms and partner services. We connect only accounts that we own or are authorized to operate, and we use each platform's official integration for that purpose.

We integrate with the following service providers:

• TikTok — through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, to publish our films to the KawnMedia TikTok account.

Additional platforms and providers may be added as our distribution grows. Each is used under its own terms, and only for accounts we are authorized to operate.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" for KawnMedia's own publishing use, without warranty of any kind.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available at this URL.
